Convenient location in the city center, close to attractions and public transportation. Friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel valued and taken care of.- Clean and comfortable rooms with good amenities.
Poor internet connection in the meeting room, making it difficult to host a webinar. Inflexible and unhelpful staff when trying to resolve issues or request a refund.

The staff here are very loyal and the breakfasts are excellent, not to mention the great balcony in the room and the convenient access to the Pastures Golf Club.

The hotel had a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center and close to the train station. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options.
The service was terrible. the staff seemed uninterested in helping and lacked hospitality skills.
